The Training & Placement (T&P) Department plays a crucial role in shaping the career of MMS students by providing 100% Placement Assistance through structured training, internships, and final placements.

🔹 Placement Process

  • Registration with T&P Cell
    1. All MMS students register with the T&P Department by submitting their resume and academic details.
    2. Students are guided to create professional resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and cover letters.
  • Pre-Placement Training (Begins from 2nd Semester onwards)
    1. Personality Development, Communication Skills, and Aptitude Training.
    2. Group Discussions (GD) and Mock Interviews (HR + Technical).
    3. Workshops on Corporate Etiquette, Time Management, and Leadership.
  • Internship Support and On Job Training Support (Compulsory for MMS students)
    1. Complete guidance for Summer Internships in reputed companies.
    2. Assistance in project selection, company tie-ups, and mentor allocation.
    3. Evaluation of student internship performance through reports and viva.
  • Placement Drive Preparation (From 3rd Semester)
    1. Structured placement training modules aligned with industry requirements.
    2. Special sessions on Domain Knowledge (Finance, Marketing, HR, IT, Operations).
    3. Career guidance seminars by industry experts and alumni.
  • Campus Recruitment Process
    1. Step 1: Companies share job profiles & eligibility criteria with T&P Cell.
    2. Step 2: T&P shortlists and informs eligible students.
    3. Step 3: Pre-placement talks (PPT sessions) conducted by company representatives.
    4. Step 4: Selection process including Written Test / Online Test, GD, Technical & HR Interviews.
    5. Step 5: Final selection and offer letter distribution through T&P Department.
  • Final Placement & Career Support
    1. Students receive job offers from leading IT companies, startups, and MNCs.
    2. Post-placement support includes career counseling, higher studies guidance, and entrepreneurship mentoring.
